Practice groups are the second phase of our tryout process, where we assess stunting, jumps, performance, and continue evaluating tumbling. Athletes may be invited to attend multiple sessions, and group assignments may shift frequently over the next two weeks. Final team placements will be announced on June 1st.

all-star elite
All-Star Elite is a year round program for athletes who are prepared for the highest level of competition. Elite teams will practice 2-3 times per week, plus any additional practices necessary. Elite teams will attend one and two day competitions with some out-of-state travel required. Teams that earn an at-large or paid bid to end-of-year bid events will attend.
Ages 7-18
all-star prep
All-Star Prep is a year round program. Prep teams will practice twice per week throughout the season and attend one day competitions with limited travel. No experience is necessary.
Ages 7-18
tiny expo
Tiny Expo is a year round programs developing fundamental skills while incorporating a routine to showcase development. End of session will be at a competition or a showoff at our facility.
